The "Youth and Girls'/Women's Regulations for District Playoffs and National Championships" states: "…All team members and staff that require hotel reservations are required to stay in the host hotel(s). There will be financial penalties for teams that do not stay in the host hotel(s). The penalty will be the full price of the rooms for the entire tournament. The involved district will be responsible to collect the monies and forward them to the Youth Council Chair"
